The ONE who remains

What happens when someone we love leaves us? The first instinct is often self-blame: Was my love not enough? Over time, though, we start to see things more clearly. Real love endures challenges, forgives, and remains even when things get tough.

Counsellors say that real attachment shows itself during hard times, not when things are easy. People who leave suddenly are often looking for reasons, not solutions. Sometimes, one mistake is used as an excuse to leave, not because it matters so much, but because the choice was already made. Understanding this can help you let go of guilt you don’t deserve, instead of shutting down emotionally.

Begin healing by seeing loss anew. Rather than questioning your value, think about what this experience reveals about who really belongs in your life. Spend time with people who support you. Build your self-worth with habits like journaling, honest conversations, exercise, and work that matters to you. As philosopher Alain de Botton says, “We are not rejected for who we are, but for who someone else is not able to love.” Leave follow their own path, while those who care for you treat your heart with respect. Let this understanding turn sorrow into insight. Not every departure is a failure; some are gentle forms of protection.

I hope you have a meaningful day.

Real people will remain forever what ever happens but fake people will leave when their needs are no longer required. Expect nothing in return even a smile or an appreciation what ever you do. Do what ever makes you happy.
    Have a meaningful day
    Regards and prayers
